Refunds and Returns

Please note that custom orders cannot be refunded or returned however GenSen offers a 14-day money-back returns policy for every order (excluding shipping costs and custom orders of Plexiglass or custom prints as they are non-refundable or returnable).

Packaging and Shipping
While we take every precaution in the packing process, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please message us with photos of the item and packaging for further instructions.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-returnable or refundable.

Please handle your prints, Plexi, or buttons with care during installation, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur.
If you wish to make changes to your custom order, please contact us to check the status, as orders in the printing or cutting process cannot be cancelled or modified.
